Barberan offers systems for the gluing and indexing of sandwich panels and honeycomb doors. These systems are based in a glue spreader, an indexing table and a roll press (calender).
We can supply manual systems, where the skin is placed upon the boards by the operator, or fully automatic systems, where the whole process, from the feeding to the stacking, is performed without the intervention of any operator.
We offer complete solutions where the customer can achieve a production of 2, 4 or 6 doors per minute. Within this range, we also offer automatic door frame assembling stations and automatic honeycomb expanding.
